House Competitions
College Houses generate a sense of community throughout College life and during College activities. Students are encouraged to identify personally with their House and for that reason siblings are generally placed in the same House.
The House Competition operates across the whole of College life and students can accumulate points for a variety of activities. Houses are awarded points for individual student effort and achievement in sporting carnivals and the Norwest Challenge. This allows recognition of effort and achievement in academic pursuits, College and community service, the demonstration of College values, and participation in the life of the College on top of sporting pursuits. At the end of each year the House Cup is awarded to the Primary and Secondary House that earns the greatest number of points.
